So basically the vast majority of the world has a slave mentality. But I fail to see how Pacquiao rising up from poverty to become the most prominent member of his society and a global icon shows he lacks leadership. The man is an elected official who has initiated public charity and infrastructure programs- hospitals, schools, etc as well as initiatives aimed at stopping human trafficking and bolstering the amateur/Olympic sports program of his country... all within the first 5 months on the job.
