I wasn't happy when that fight got signed. I just wasn't I can show you threads were I said Hatton didn't have a chance but whatever...

All I know is that they were better and tugher WWs than Hatton was at that time.

They just were. It is, what it is.

But, is still a solid win, but nothing great IMO.

At that time a win over P-Will, Marg, Cotto, and Shane(even his win against Shane now was better IMO than the Hatton win) would have been much better for Floyd.

    Just my opinion.

Anyways this is what you should of said in the first place instead of going a whole different route.

Finally you say something on topic. I actually agree with the points 2 and 3 wholeheartedly. I dont blame Floyd all that much for taking the fight. But Hatton at 147 was still Hatton at 147, you can only get so much credit for the win.

On point 1, no he didnt, not at 147. On point 4, who's "ya'll" and I wouldnt have if he fought someone better.

Well i think its a good win and, after gettin got up in the hype and the moment plus the fact Ricky had alot going for him going in, Picked Hatton to win! But i guess the reasoning is some fighters just dont move up the weights aswell, Ricky being one of em and Floyd not. For example i thought JMM beat Pac twice but think at 147 Manny would lay him out cold

if someone discredits how pac destroyed ricky in 2 rounds, and points out that floyd has knocked him out earlier but in more rounds... floyd's win over ricky is sloppy indeed

Hatton had a chance to fight Floyd at 140...but he refused.

            Didn't you know that??

It happened at 147 because of Hatton....not Floyd.

Hatton was a class C+ fighter. It was a good win, NOT a great win

Floyd beat Hatton BEFORE Manny did.

                He beat Hatton FIRST.

                Mayweather took his ZERO.

So whats your point? Does Mayweather deserve more credit because it "could have" been at 140? I dont understand...

He must have been an F- when he fought Manny.

                      Damn you're slow.

People...you one of them..are quick to point out 140 was Hatton's best weight and that he's not a true WW.

                      That's the point Adolf.
