Floyd Mayweather is the best boxer in boxing, but Manny Pacquio is the pound-4-pound #1 simply because Floyd is on vacation.

Until Floyd talks and fights, Pac-man is numero uno.

if 90% of the community thinks of one p4p #1 then it's more than just opinion.
i got pac at number 1, but i have no problem people having him at number 2.

anything lower than number 2 for pac is bullcrap.

I'd say Pac is number 1 becuz recently his choice of opponent and May's r on par. The difference is Pac has fought more. I'd say damaged goods Cotto is on par with out of prime Mosley. I'd say unconfident Clottey is as good a win as undersized Marquez. And I'm pretty sure Ricky Hatton is just the same as Ricky Hatton. Now we got Margarito... At this point he leaves Floyd behind simply by taking part in a fight.
