Who is more overrated - Duran or Chavez???

Why is it that you hate these 2 so much?

Either way, Duran was the better fighter, so Chavez...

and Duran went up in weight to beat one of the greatest fighters in all time in Sugar Ray Leonard...went to Middleweight and gave Hagler the most problems out of all opponents...he went even higher in weight and defeated Iran "the blade" Barkley...

Why, just because I asked who people think is more overrated, that doesn't make me hate these 2. That doesn't make any sense.

Well I know Chavez is overrated by some people...but Duran isn't overrated IMO...

I agree Chavez is more overrated, but I also think that Duran is a little overrated too. I think Duran was great, but not as great as people think he was. Both Duran & Chavez are loved by the press & the media. This is the biggest problem I have, whatever the press says about a fighter, then fans will follow. In all sports it's the press that makes an athlete great or bad. If the press loves you, then you are one of the greatest. I like to judge athletes myself & don't go what the press or the media says about an athlete.

Ya, I know what you mean...Chavez is the one that got the media all over him, I still think Duran did lot of amazing things in his career...

I could understand your making a case for chavez,Not for duran tho,even in his loses,he challanged himself to fight the best,Duran's not overrated at all IMO.
