Repeat after me, Pacquiao.is.on.PEDs.
Once you reach that easy conclusion, you'll see why he don't want to take the test.

If it wasnt for that 10M clause, Floyd would have come in at 149 and paid 600K.. Idiot, does that even make sense to you..Floyd violated his previous contract.. Pac had earned the right to demand that clause in the contract as an insurance...So no concession was given to Pac at all..
As I already stated, after the fight with Cotto, Roach stated if they didn't get Mayweather, they'd leap to '54. Mayweather proposed the fight at '54 first. Before Yuri Foreman talks and then eventually Paulie Malignaggi, yea, Paulie, sadly. This is the double standard shenanigan that Pacquiao's team likes to pull. They said no to Mayweather at '54 and instead wanted Mayweather at '47, so he gave it to them.
Just like Mosley wanted Pacquiao at '47 and the wanted Mosley at '43. Mosley 1-up'd them, and said, "ill go to '40 and fight you, 40-60, with the immediate rematch clause." Pacquiao's team bailed.
See the relation?

Now poof! Be gone! Don't let the door knock you on your ass on the way out. And if you come back with more BS, Ima plant my foot firmly deep up there!
Floyd had never instituted OST with other fighters before Pac..so why now??

Pac in an interview with Lampley hours after the Cotto fight specifically says that he cannot find above 147. So who is making **** now. You see.. you dont even know what you are talking about...
Pac fought Clottey at 147,a replacement fight for a planned Pac/Mayweather. So why the hell would they wanna fight at 147 at that time.
