That deal was never on the table. Mayweather is taking the same tests Pacquiao is... and to not speculate about Pacquiao using would be naive considering how he reacted in the first negotiations when his team tried to dictate when testing could be allowed.

If you started at 30 and you're at 7 now, why not go the full way and be the bigger man about it? Make Mayweather eat his words. Let's find out if the guy is actually scared, Pacquiao should call his "bluff" and watch him run away and even better, if Mayweather mans up when Pac agrees, win. Pass all the tests and prove it. Do like the brand that hired him, "just do it."

One thing we know for sure, anybody who suspected Mayweather was using before May 1st, found out that he is a clean athlete.

Because neither fighter wants to be dictated by the other. Agreeing fully would have been submitting to the other man's mental game.. Which is what this is all about. It is about one fighter trying to dictate the terms, and the other refusing to be dictated..Both fighters thinkin they are better than the other...

If the purpose of the test is to clean up the sport as they say then the deadline they imposed in January which is 14 days should have not changed for May.

I mean they believed back in January that it is medically proven to catch a user through random testing with a 14 day cutoff... now its not. It doesn't make sense.. Has medical science regressed instead of moving forwards..
You keep referencing part of the past and if you do that, you need to acknowledge that Mayweather threw 14 days out there as the last straw, otherwise the 14 day deal will be gone for future negotiation. Pacquiao's team said they wanted 24 days..... deal breaker, 14 day option, gone.

You need to mention that, but I can see you wouldn't because you have selective memory.

After the Mosley fight, let me recap the interview, Mayweather states, "if he doesn't agree to the tests, then we have no fight."

You need to mention that as well, but bricks have selective memory.

We're not talking about January anymore. If that's the case, Pacquiao still wants the 24 day cutoff.

What do you mean, the entire negotiation PBF said he wanted 14 days, PAC was the one who changed days like 4 times.

How can someone say yes and not sign a contract?

If I remember clearly team PAC was never gonna do 14 days, 21 days was the minimum. Then in May they say yes, I don't know about you but "i'm calling shenanigans".

Who cares if it's 7, 14, 21, 24, or 31 days, the test are random. Just agree and if you have nothing to hide, nothing will show up.

Okay, great. So the answer is to avoid testing and fight a proven cheater, awesome.

Mayweather wanted the fight at '54... Pacquiao wanted it at '47 with 8oz gloves, Mayweather gave in. Pacquiao wanted Mayweather to pay $10 million for every pound he came in over '47. Mayweather gave in to that when he certainly didn't have to. Mayweather has given three concessions to Pacquiao. All he's asked for is random testing, if that ruins your confidence, derails your focus, or puts you at a disadvantage when the other guy is taking the exact same tests, perhaps one's panties are in a bunch and they should go do something else, it only seems proper at that point.

I guess that's why Floyd agreed to all of Manny's requests.

                What an idiot.
