USADA determines the testing. It varies from sport to sport. Not every sport gets year-round testing.

So it varies from sport to sport now.. And boxing isnt a sport where fighters should be tested even during down time periods..? How would you know a fighter aint juicing then..?

1. No merit of Pac even doping to this day
2. No merit of Floyd showing interest in a fight once testing demands are made
3. Floyd admits on camera he isnt thinking about boxing
4. Floyd admits on camera he will be taking a lay off
5. Floyd denys negotiations were being made when every boxing site and ESPN were talking about these negotitions

Explain to me these facts which adding up to
