I am NOT a Floyd fan, however...I think his insisting on testing is 2 fold. He sees what Pacquiao is doing and is legitimately scared to step in the ring with him, BUT, that fear is partly justified by the fact he suspects PED's. I am not a Floyd fan, but I do respect him. Would you get in there with a guy you suspect of using PED's? Especially if you're undefeated and he can hand you your first loss? I can't blame him for that (believe me, it pains me to say that). It will come down to who budges, and how important the money to be made is to both men. Time will tell.
