Depends entirely on the sport. How many top afro american athletes do you see in a swimming pool?? What about a tennis court?? Gymnastics??

Again it depends entirely on the sport. I doubt you will see a white man ever go sub 10 in a 100m sprint. The genetics just aren't there. Blacks of West African origin have lower body fat (genetically) and other physical traits that make them "potentially" better at certain sports.

then again i don't think you will ever see a black athlete do what Michael Phelps did in Beijing.

Truth is Bute has rarely or never fought in the U.S , he fights B level competition
He was shunned by showtime , and almost was knocked out by andrade , that says enough.

If Bute gets in to the ring with the likes of Ward,Dirrell,Abraham,Kessler,Pavlik,Froch
He loses he would also have trouble with so called "shot" fighters like Taylor

So Imo Bute is very much over-rated by Ring, he is no way a top 10 p4p fighter

Maybe in the next few fights he can show his true mettle against elite Smw's
