Cotto is the draw in this fight. Cotto should get 65 and Berto 35%. **** i can generate more people than Berto.lol. If the fight happens I give Cotto the win by UD.

And some of Berto's opponents like Urango and Collazo are better than those b-level guys on Cotto's resume and people give him shit for it. Double standards to me. I fuckin hate Berto too, but I'm just recognizing real.
First things first, Cotto fighting Gomez was bull****, But fighting JEnnings anf Foreman wast, Foreman was atleast a champion in higher weight class. HE has not foight Chvez JR so wTF with that??

But that still doesn't change my opinion that Berto is waaaay better than guys like Foreman and Chavez Jr. and if the fight doesn't happen when the bar has been set like this, then it's Cotto's fault and not Berto's.
How so??? Dibella already said they wont accept 25%, so lets say Berto asks for 40% or 45%, Do you think that will get the fight done?? Hell no. I mean the guy asked more than 50-50 from Shane Mosley, so dont get it twisted

I'm not saying you're wrong, but are you sure about the facts that Berto was actually offered "step aside" money to clear the way for Mosley/Mayweather? Just doesn't make sense when Berto/Mosley was suppose to be in late January 2010 and Mosley/$May didn't happen for several months after that, I believe in April or May 2010. Why would step aside money be thrown Berto's way when Berto didn't have leverage over Mosley/GBP to make a fight with $May approx 4 months after? And lastly, this term "duck" has started to become way WAY overused the last couple of years since this economic downturn and all these questionable injuries by boxers to get out of certain fights. Have there been a sharp rise of ducks and prima donna's scared of the risk/reward ratio, Absolutely; but to say Berto ducked Mosley due to the Haitian events is a bit of a stretch imo. How easily we forget that Mosley and Berto fought on the same card (Mosley/Mayorga main event) and Shane clearly stated that he would go in another direction from squaring off against a young Berto and look to make a fight with Margs. Was that a duck? Not completely b/c it was clear that Mosley/GBP was looking to make some real cheddar in cashing in on Tony's post Cotto fight, but by your definition above then Mosley can't get a free pass on all this "ducking" talk either.

Cotto- 60%, Berto- 40%. This would be a big fight in the US. Let's get it on.

65-35 would be about right. Big fight, I'd pay to see it. It's common knowledge Berto is the most overpaid boxer around. His fanbase is tiny, when placed beside Cotto, just a speck. Which is sad because four years ago Andre looked like he would be big. Chavez jr's career is being moved along faster. Man I hate to side with Bob on anything, but if anyone needs a career defining fight it's Berto. All he's proven thus far is he can beat the 2nd tier, hard to believe he's made 7 figs a half dozen times or more. Fighting twice a year will take the sharp right off him, more so if it's against weak competition.
