I see Mayweather shoving his elbow at Hatton all night if/when they get close and popping him from a distance.

Sorry but hatton just like tszyu is overrated.

Floyd's speed is exactly why Ricky will never fight PBF anywhere but MANCHESTER and the speed is also why Floyd will never fight Ricky anywhere but the US.

The ref would make or break the fight, Ricky could nuetralize a lot of PBF speed by grappling just like he did against ZOO, chances are the way he fought Zoo would have been not as acceptable in Vegas with a guy like JAy NAdy.

Hatton is very sharp, Mayweather's speed won't be as much of a weapon against Ricky as it was against a washed up Gatti, trust me

Hatton wasn't at his best against Tackie even though he beat him a little more convincingly than Tszyu and Sharmba Mitchell did. Hatton's timing and clean, effective punching is what he's all about at his best, those are his strengths!

Against Tszyu it was all about pressure and ruthlessness to throw him off and break his heart.

Hatton/Mayweather is gonna be the new Leonard/Duran.

Hatton, Mayweather and Cotto are going to go at it like a Morales/Barrera/Pacman triangle. They the new trio on the block.

See the thing I know u can name the fights where he actually looked sharp and showed timing, etc. The thing me and most other people wont recognize his opponent. Chavez Jr. looks sharp and like a devastating puncher too against unknown competition but it dont mean he can hang with the big boys yet.

In Hatton's 2 biggest tests he just didnt look good.

the thing is that the second three were willing to fight and the first three are not as of right now willing to do it

HAtton is a rough and tough club fighter, his chin is absolutely rock solid but when I watched him fight Zoo at a distance it looked like "A" fighter vs. "C" fighter, Hatton couldnt fight anyone on the outside and be effective, he has to get that chin of his tucked into his opponents chest and then he can work, then and only then.

Floyd is the most talented fighter I have ever watched fight, if they fought at a distance it would be one embarrassing night. Ricky has an amzaing motor, the best in the sport but I dont necessarily equate that with talent rather heart, Floyd oozes talent and I will meet you have way Juuj, HAtton has 1/500th of the talent that Floyd has. RIcky may win the fight but it wont be on talent it will be because Floyd has 1/1000th of the heart that the hitman has.

I think Hatton is special, his motor and style are what make him great, maybe you dont realize how special Floyd MAyweather is yet...before it is all said and done there wont be any questions, not from me and certainly not from you brits...Floyd is as unique a talent as the sport has ever seen, give it time and there will be no one who disagrees.

**** Im not even a Floyd guy, I would root my ass off for Ricky from the comfort of my beautful home in Seattle Washington-dont get so damn offended when someone cums on a british fighter-I never intended to hit Ricky in the eye.

Sugar Ray Leonard in 2004 said: "I watch Ricky Hatton all the time, he can do what he wants because he's just raw talent. I love watching Ricky. I watch him and I think that it's almost perpetual motion."

Emanuel Steward in 2000 said: "Out of all the fighters in world boxing today, none of them are more talented than Ricky Hatton. He's a future all-time great."

Trust me if they fought in Las Vegas and Jay NAdy was the ref the closest Ricky would get to Floyd would be the touch of the gloves.
