Look at my sig, 50 champions and over 10 greats, that means out of every 6 champion fighters one will become great...Cotto is coming for Mayweather, payback for Leonard beating Benitez .

Cotto won't beat Mayweather, I would favor Cotto over Hatton though. His sharp, quick punches would catch Hatton coming in.

Yeah I would see Cotto beat Hatton too. Mayweather is on another league.

I dont think there is a fighter in the game that isnt vulnerable to a pressure fighter like a Ricky Hatton. HEll there is no fighter in the game today that puts the grueling type pressure on you in a way such as the Hitman. (Castillo and Corrales are pressure fighters but they are still different)

HAtton has about 1/1000 of the talent of a Floyd MAyweather but if you are going to beat him you are going to have to do it more or less fighting Ricky's fight. He will allow no other kind of fight to go on but one in a phone booth.

The thing I like about Hatton is that you will never say after one of his fights, "damn I wish the kid would have got in there and let his damn hands go" I dont know how many times I have watched big fights where one guy gave far too much respoect to his opponet, stayed on the outside and decided not to let his hands fly. This will never happen with Ricky.

I agree it is going to take a special fighter to beat Ricky because of the superman like effort he will put fourth, with that said I believe Floyd is a special fighter and if someone is going to beat him it is probably Floyd MAyweather, it wll be close and the fight of Floyd's life but Floyd is special and in a even money situation I cant see how you bet against PBF.

I just dont know if I see this fight ever happening, Floyd wants no part of Manchester, Ricky wants no part of the US. Plus I thik Floyd would like to hand pick the ref because he is not gonna go for HAtton's mugging style while a british ref sits there and looks past the grappling. ****, not too mention HBO and Showtime will have a tough time hooking up...this fight will be talked about in forums for decades-I just dont think we will ever see the real thing.

Mayweather is simply, too quick (on and off the bike) for hatton. He'd do him Whitaker style all night.

Hatton lacks effectiveness with his punches, he is not clean with them, he doesnt show much timing, he isnt gonna get Mayweathers respect and mayweather isnt the cleanest fighter himself. I see Mayweather shoving his elbow at Hatton all night if/when they get close and popping him from a distance.

Sorry but hatton just like tszyu is overrated.

Also keep this in mind, floyd like any fighter is vulnerable to EFFECTIVE pressure, AKA Jose Luis Castillo, a guy who looks to time u and come in with technique. Not just coming forward to get close.

This fight looks like Hernandez vs Morales at 140lbs. Mayweather being Morales and Hatton being Hernandez.

You couldn't be further from the truth, WTF. Hatton's talent is scarey and always has been, the guy is just raw talent as Ray Leonard said last year. I can't quite believe what I just read.
