There's no cutoffs dates, and look in the dictionary to what the word random means.

    Full random Olympic style testing.

He's dumber than Jethro Bodine and Ralph Wiggum put together.

The Clottey and Margarito fights were already set...Any moron can see that ***** from Space.

If Roach and Arum REALLY wanted Mayweather........They'd be MATCHING Pac with speedy guys....not slow-ass mummies.
You dont pull punches eh , and your right in what your saying ,,,, a lot of the problem I see within the hype train is most Pac fans are young , very young , so you have a large number of very easy to lead vocal fans ,,, but they are not the ones buying PPV this is why Pacs numbers are not up with Floyds , I think the older generations can see the quality boxer that Floyd is I know thats why I like watching him he is an artist , where the Pac fans see Pac as the slam bam thank you mam warrior , which lights up their youth ,,, Arum is a wise old man thats playing this perfect and Floyd is probably one of the smartest guys to lace them up , you have a chess match in play and Floyd has Manny in Check by Mannys own mouth saying he publicly agrred to all drug testing , even now that it was exposed that he lied , he said it , and thats a lever Floyd will use after the Margo fight and the numbers come in , then the real talks will begin ,,,,,, May Pac will happen Im still confident in that .

*******s have picked floyd over pac too. they may be dumb but they arent ******...to a degree.

they know just like pac and team pac knows. thats why pacroid keeps stalling and lying. they know the moment he gets in with floyd, his career is done and so is his marketability

                floyd wanted 14 days

                manny offered 7

floyd went on a woman beating vacation, while his team, manager, and promoter deny that there were ongoing negotiations

but yeah... manny doesn't want the fight
ATTENTION everyone... fdtorres was THERE when Manny offered 7 days.. He even recorded when Manny said this and had this info passed to Team Mayweather. He is positive that Team Pacquiao would never lie about this. Pacman helps all the people of the Phillipines. He would never do drugs!!! A fighter who asks for catchweight title fights would never try to take advantage of anyone... Yea buddy, Manny Pacquiao has nothing to hide and Tiger Woods is a ******.... fdtorres is Ronnie N*thaniel*s

With what you just said, Mayweather would have given in to the weight, the glove size, and the weight penalty. Now you want him to give in to what Pacquiao's demanding in testing. So Mayweather concedes to all four things that Pacquiao wants. Great logic...
C'mon man how self serving can you be, Floyd already has a 2 inch in height and 5 inch in reach advantage, and according to all *****s has the better overall skills than Manny, he doesn't need anymore unfair advantages!!! So it is only laughable for you to claim that Floyd already compromised and conceded a lot for this fight when in reality he did not. First of, Floyd requesting for a 154lbs limit will only benefit Floyd more, not only will Floyd be even bigger than Manny physically but the additional weight will affect Manny's speed more since he has the smaller frame. 2nd, with this weight comes the 10oz gloves, again only Floyd will benefit. 3rd, the 10 million penalty is just an insurance should Floyd do the same stunt as what he did with Marquez, but if Floyd comes in at the exact weight limit then there's no penalty to pay. And 4th, the 50-50 purse split, you really are a true blue ***** if you really think that Floyd deserves more than Manny, Floyd cannot get a hundred million dollar fight from any boxer in the world other than Pacquiao. Frankly it was Floyd who was demanding a lot in the first negotiation while Manny hasn't brought up anything extra-ordinary, they were settling up every differences straight in the middle, making everything fair and square, it was only when Floyd brought up his extra-ordinary demand of random blood test that made the almost done deal undone!!!

So you're condoning PED usage if it is going on in the sport, specifically in this match up because in your terms it would be "fair"?

The only thorn in negotiations has been Pacquiao. All he's had to do is agree to the testing and that would have made all the Mayweather's look awful and on top of that he'd be showing that he's as pure as all the other fighter that compete within the rules.

What would Pacquiao have lost by agreeing to random testing?

You as a ***** said that 14days is good and 7 days even better, if you agree that this terms is fair, realistic and logical, then you must agree that FLOYD MONEY MAYWEATHER-THE GREATEST BOXER OF ALL TIME according to him is DUCKING MANNY PACMAN PACQUIAO!!!! Because there is no other logical explanation why would Floyd makes such UNCOMPROMISING DEMANDS THAT HE ONLY CAN EXPLAIN TO HIMSELF!!! That's 7 f****ing negligible days!!! I don't get it...
