Why do you keep saying this?

    He did it with Mosley.

He and Shane underwent random testing. USADA determines when to start and stop testing without the fighters knowing when it will start and stop.

That's pretty much elementary for those who've been following along.

Why is the cutoff good enough for 14 days in '09 but its not good enough in 7 days now??

Because Manny "claimed" on video that he accepted full random testing -- when since 09 he didn't want to do random testing, is why.

Why wait so long to say "yes to full testing" after Floyd decides to sit it out?

Hehehe.. Floyd claimed that he was on vacation but I think its because of tax purposes that he is not fighting.. Haymon/Ellerbe claimed there was no negotiations when we found out that there were..

In other words there were lot of confliciting reports on both camps and we can safely say that both Team Mayweather and Team Pac are both lying or at least releasing half truths reports to serve their own purpose...

The real question is that how come Floyd does not want to accept the 7 days now if his purpose is to really clean up the sport when 14 days was enough in '09..

Right. And Team Pacquiao breaks their silence after agreeing not to discuss negotiations with the media. Not surprising.

And because if you've been following it since 09, when the offer was put on the table the first time, Manny refused and asked for a longer time.

Manny's been running away from random testing since the beginning, and Floyd chose not to play any more games, is the simple answer.

So in other words its not about cleaning the sports for Floyd like he keeps barking up in the media.. Its about getting to Pac's head and playing mental games..

Floyd's demands has moved from 14 to 7 to 0.. From the time the testing was introduce in '09..FYI, Pac is not obligated to accept this demands... But because its a contract point then he can at least recondsider to negotiate. The key word negotiate.

But apparently Floyd keeps moving the goal line thats why no compromise cant be made between the two..
