Koncz admits Manny refused full random testing

So, you're trying to say that team Pacquiao (including Manny himself) allowed Koncz to tell the world on 24/7 that there was a cut-off date when there actually was not a cut-off date? Absolutely ridiculous.Isnt it amazing that you are giving full credit to Koncs statement instead of the man himself (Manny) who said he agreed to all of Floyds demands. I'll give you something to think about. How come your boss (Floyd) wont open his mouth and say this is the reason why he did not sign the contract and decided to go on vacation instead. This will be a great excuse so he wont be branded as coward, ducker, chicken etc. Your taking Koncs word who was not on the negotiating table but dismissing Ross Greenburg's revelation that negotiation really did took place and he was acting as the middleman for both parties.Comment

he hasnt really given into the hatred yet so i doubt that but if you have a basic level of comprehension than you would have noticed team pac boxingscene and espn all claiming pac agreed to unlimited random blood testing then last night on 24/7 it was made known that team pac only agreed to a 7 day cut off, thats not agreeing to unlimited random blood testing. you dont have to be a rocket scienctist to see this i just think its funny how all the die hard pac fans can do is yell vacation but desperately ignore this basic fact, that team pac blatantly lied.Originally posted by hellogarci_24look man, if its tur that team pac is lying, then floyd will tell this to the world to save face!Comment

The first negotiation ended with Floyd bringing up the 14days cut-off.. Then all of you *****s in unison agreed with your god floyd that it was fair and logical enough, and anyway even the Usada itself ended the OSDT with the floyd/mosley fight 18days prior to the fight itself and that is for health reason.. Then in the second negotiation, I think team pacquiao were haggling for a 7 days cut-off atleast, i think it is due to ego and mind strategy that they are not complying fully at first with floyd but i also think if floyd really wants the fight to happen, he could have simply sit down again with team pac, re-negotiated and i guess manny doesn't have a choice now but to give in to no cut-off.. Now what i'm driving at, if Floyd really and honestly wants to beat down this one-dimensional, unskilled, easy work asian midget, why in the hell 7 days not good enough?!! In the first place floyd thus have all the advantages already in skills and physical size, so it's really quite surprising that floyd is the one requesting for additional drug tests... Now you tell me, drug experts why is 7 days not good enough?!!! Why is floyd keep on insisting for a no cut-off, what can you do in 7 days, how the hell can you cheat in 7 days?!!!1) An obvious misunderstanding from Oscar who was hoping to get paid off the fight and was doing his job promoting it in hopes it would materialize.
2) The "gag" was issued by Bob Arum and Floyd fans were questioning Arum himself for breaking his own rule.
3) if Ross believed that sending team Mayweather a list of terms that team Pacquiao would agree to (as they admitted they did) was "negotiating" then he was wrong. To send somebody a list of things you will do is not negotiating.
4) They wanted a 7 day cut-off. Thus... all the talk from Pacquiao fans about Manny agreeing to all Mayweather's demands have been proven false.Comment

“If you have a 24-day window that’s free, with no testing, you can take whatever you want and you’re not going to get caught, end of story,” Catlin said. “[Urine testing] does matter, yes, but they’re not going to catch everything by urine testing alone. What you would do is to take Mircera [a type of EPO], which is available and which is not easy to detect in urine and away you go. You need a blood test.”Comment
