Isnt it amazing that you are giving full credit to Koncs statement instead of the man himself (Manny) who said he agreed to all of Floyds demands. I'll give you something to think about. How come your boss (Floyd) wont open his mouth and say this is the reason why he did not sign the contract and decided to go on vacation instead. It was not a negotiation.... listen to Arum and read between the lines. It was an Ultimatum. HBO wanted the fight and Bob just Played Floyd knowing he already said OST all the way or no deal, and besides, a deal was already in place for Margarito just like Clottey.
