the fact is that Floyd is afraid or knows what pacquiao can do to him. in the first place this test is silly. There are a hundred and one ways to fight and caught if you're opponent is cheating. Manny has been in a several title fights and not a trace of PED has been found. Also this is a disgrace to the current drug-testing commission. If this is true that there are advanced drugs and cannot be detected by the "normal" testing, who knows a lot of other athletes are using as well. This has come to no real point at all. Just fight. No more psychological edge stuff or other bull**** impossible things just to have some more excuses. If FMJ wants to fight considering the amount of money involved, he should have signed it.
