Find a way to opt out of Ur top rank contract??It's clear as day that father Arum cares nothing about U!!If U signed with golden boy,maybe U & Floyd could have hooked up at 154,ur skills are above average & Floyd isn't a pressure fighter so U wouldn't fold!!I only give U at most a 40% chance of winning,but its better than the in house abuse under bob arum!!

What more could GBP do for Cotto that Arum hasn't already done? He's fought just about every Welterweight that's mattered in his time besides Floyd. I don't think Cotto signing with GBP would've gotten Cotto vs Mayweather done any faster. Plus, Cotto at one point was Arum's top dog. He took a loss and obviously his stock went down a bit. It's a part of the business.

Top rank has done absolutely right by Cotto. There is nothing more Top rank could have done.

They brought him up to the top elite, made a millionaire, he is a a 3 division champ, borderline HOF'er. I mean where did top rank go wrong?

They never pressured the Nevada State Athletic Commission to start an investigation on whether Margarito used plaster against Cotto. Neither pursued a civil case to seek out the truth about it in Nevada.

Instead said "oh Margo is also our fighter, let's defend him".

The NSAC head commissioner said there was a Cotto member in Marg locker room.

What more investigation do you want?

What else could of happened?

If it were the other way around Top rank would of done the same thing.

Fact is there is no proof at all that Marg used against Cotto. And, how are you going to be able to even find that proof?

Top rank has done absolute right by Cotto. Absolutely, even though Cotto is/was willing to fight everybody. Maybe, just maybe isn't the fighter that we thought he was.

And, I guarantee you that if Cotto would have been with GBP instead of top rank, he would not had the success that he had in his career.
