**** it! For his safety I would like to see him retire but as a true Rjjr fan I hate to see him go away why not give the GOAT, the Legend his wish? After all these years of boxing he's given us. He deserves a shot at Haye. We should even let rjjr juice up!! Yes!!!!

why wasn't Roy this so eager to challenge anyone, in anyplace state or country, when he was at his peak.

roy is doing what he said he wouldn't do as a past prime fighter

You know what I'd laugh super hard if this fight happened and Roy somehow won lol....But I don't see any of that happening.

If roy didnt fight scared now I would give him a shot. The only thing is he has a greater chance of being stopped.
He would have beat bhop if he wasnt so scared to let his hands go. He still has some fast ass hands.

Don't worry Mr. Jones! You're going to get a shot at Haye because you're way past your best and pose little threat to the man. Be patient however because Haye only fights twice a year at best and he's going to take care of his mandatory in recycled Ruslan Chagaev roughly six months after beating Harrison.

Try your best not to get discouraged though Roy. Between now and the time you and Haye enter negotiations (8 to 10 months) Haye's going to claim repeatedly that he has no desire to take the fight because your shot, over the hill, past your prime, a shell of what you once where, etc etc. Like I said though don't panic because this is Haye's modus operandi. Around the end of summer expect a phone call from Haye and his people and expect to step into the ring with the most exciting heavyweight champion since Iron Mike in early fall of 2011. Don't hesitate to sign though Roy because Haye's retiring no later than October of next year and I hear he's got his eye on a heavyweight contender with a record of 14-30-0 (1 KO) whom he wants to fight since Haye feels he is a threat to the division and the public's been begging for him to take that fight.

See you in September of next year Roy.
