I think Maidana will beat Khan.

Looking at this in a historical context, all the ingridients are there for maidana to smash khan.

How many times has a fighter lost badly, only to win a couple of easy fights, step up, and lost badly again.

People say Amir is improved, but he still hasn't fought anyone who can punch.

I can see maidana ko'ing him, and then after the fight people saying "well it was always going to happen when he fought a puncher"

im just getting in early, i think this is maidanas fight to lose.

It will be an interesting fight as this is the first puncher Khan has faced since Prescott. I think this fight will Prove if Khan is all hype or not? I personally think Khan is hype. But if he does a job on Maidana i will become a fan.

I see this fight being 65/35 to Khan. Khan is the favourite but there is a good chance he gets knocked out.

Who ever wins will emerge as the truth. That is until they meet Timothy Bradley.

Khan has to stop Maidana in order to beat him...if Khan lets the fight go the distance then Maidana will break him down...Khan doesnt hit as hard as Ortiz but what he can do to win is to give Maidana so many flash knock downs that the ref will have to stop the fight and Khan has to do it early but he can't be careless about it like Ortiz did...had Ortiz kept his hands up in round one I think Ortiz would have finished Maidana off by the end of the first or second round...Khan should come out guns blazing and be very careful about getting caught...Maidana's power has the ability to make a fighter brawl because when the body gets hurt your first reaction will be to attack back...everyone has a game plan until they are hurt so I believe Maidana's power will have a mental advantage on Khan if he gets hit....Khan can't let this go over 4 rounds if he wants to win cuz Maidana's power will keep inflicting pain even if those shots are blocked
