Roach said it. Pacquiao actually considered Shane.. but the Cotto fight was going to bring more $$$$. Mayweather Sr. also said he don't want his son fighting southpaws, he don't want his son fighting pacquiao (both on video).. Blatant duck?

You should aslo remember that roach never wanted to see a fight between margarito, but its pac who wanted the fight
