Let's get it on with calderon versus margarito then....since Calderon fought Cotto and won.

Some people just don't know what's big and what's not. There's obvious reason why Pacquiao did not want to fight Yuri in the beginning. Pacquiao is a small Lightweight......let alone a welterweight.

Height, weight and size are all factors when your opponent is coming forward with pressure and throwing punches all the time. That will wear down a smaller opponent.

Manny Pacquiao is great but there is only so far he can really go up in weight before he runs into someone that is simply too big and tough. Margarito might just be that fighter.

So no excuses. That is all.
Margarito is naturally a much bigger man than Pacquiao. That is undisputable. Clottey was bigger too (although not as much), but he was intimidated by Pac's speed and retreated the entire fight. If Manny is able to discourage a consistently aggressive fighter like Margarito, you have to be impressed. AM kept plowing forward even when he was getting his azz kicked by Mosley. Talent may be a whole other story, but Margarito definitely presents Manny with his toughest test physically so far.

I really can't estimate Margarito's frame...I've only seen him through a television screen, but when he fought Cotto, the HBO cast kept saying how "big" he is compared to Cotto and they were speaking on more than just height (I listen to Steward in particular)...nonetheless I don't know how much bigger than Pacquiao he will be, I hope they do a fight night weigh in....but I don't think it's the weight "people" are concerned about, I think it's the style. Manny hasn't faced anybody as relentless, or even as hungry (I do believe Margarito is hungry as **** right now) as a Margarito could be on Nov.13. I think the height and reach obviously helps Margarito (it doesn't hurt him), but is it enough to stop Pac? I don't think those elements play into it as much as a smart gameplan, but you'd be silly to completely disregard them.
A good way to look at it is to go back to 2008. When a obviously passed it ODH said he'd fight Pacquiao, and a lot of people said "Oscar's too big." People knew Oscar wasn't Oscar from back in the day, but he was still the naturally bigger man, ya see what I'm sayin. It's the same thing again, there will always be doubters, and there will always be supporters.
I think the toughest obstacle of this fight is the pressure and determination of Margarito, Manny may never feel the same pressure from an imposing body unless he chooses to take on a Williams, so it's a test, a unique one, I don't think Manny stays at junior middleweight after this fight (catchweight or no catchweight), I don't see anybody in the welterweight division giving Manny the same problems Margarito could pose, so I'll take it for what it is, and I'm just hoping for a good fight. I have Manny winning a decision.

he is too big for Pac..
Pac is 5'6. He'll weigh 150 on fight night.
Tony is 5'11.He'll probably weigh 165 on fight night.
                It's a fact.
it'sgoing to be a battle between a Junior WW and a Middleweight.
But that won't matter to Pac.
He has always fought bigger guys throughout his career.
                It's what makes him great.

Size won't make a difference in this fight. Margarito is not going to beat Pacqiauo.

Again Marg does NOT use his height.

And again Clottey weighed over 165 Pounds.

                      No excuses people.
