i hope they are happy with themselves they got what they wanted the ref should've stopped it by round 8 at least it was a total non contest i understand that this is Briggs last chance but he was never going to land anything that was going to stop Vitali he took more right hands than i have ever seen in one fight he was gassed after 4 or 5 rounds and took even more clean shots because of that
thats why you need someone in your corner looking out for your interests not just some ****s who are desperate at one last chance in the spotlight
hope briggs is gonna be ok he's a warriorComment

His corner was disgraceful. They could see he was finished after the 7th round, and when he was battered in the 9th and 10th they surely should have thrown in the towel.
Shannon is a brave man but sometimes boxers need to be saved from themselves.Comment

Yeah, Vitali only hits hard enough to give a guy a concussion and multiple skull fractures.
Hey, Vitali brought loads of aggression and he sure wasn't "boring" as the haters like to whine about.
People were fooled because Vitali fought Sosnowski on cruise control ... he was pumped and ready for Shannon.
As far as Briggs' antics: I didn't think he was too bad this time and he was just trying to sell the fight, doing his job. Vitali knew that. This was probably Briggs' last moment in the spotlight.Comment

I was expecting to hear the referee tried to break into the hospital last night and finish Briggs off.
Because he got a good ****ing start on it in the ring.
Terrible referee. And the corner too.Comment

Briggs was trying to last the distance.
The ref and his cornermen respected that and wanted to keep him in game at the cost of further damage.
If Briggs ever went down I'm sure it would of been stopped, Briggs kept himself in the game and from it getting stopped.Comment
