I don't. Roy missed the press conference of course. Hey, can't blame him this time. It's like showing up to your funeral early

What? Hell **** yes I care. That's only a 2 hour drive from Tallahassee. I thought I was going to have to fly to Vegas to catch this fight. This is GREAT. I still haven't heard anything from Roy though. I'd like to hear him make some kinda damn comment but I guess he's the same old Roy. Hopefully he is motivated. **** he will get KILLED if he's not. Damnit. And the thing is there's not really a way to know until he is in the ring whether or not he has been motivated.Comment

Yes I Care..
your ignorance just radiates...It's like showing up to your funeral early
To the BS forum (isn't that kindof ironic?), please don't assume things like i know most of you haters will by Jones not being at one press conference. Doesn't mean anything, if anything, it should have Tarver thinking.Last edited by restless_438; 08-09-2005, 02:22 PM.Comment

According to the NYTimes it's going to be at the Mandalay Bay. LinkOriginally posted by Super_LightweightWhat? Hell **** yes I care. That's only a 2 hour drive from Tallahassee. They got how Tarver won the rematch wrong, though. He won a UD, not SD.
Boxrec is also reporting it as being held in Tampa. I want to see a credible link on this, though.
HBO still has the venue as TBA.Last edited by SickofLife; 08-09-2005, 03:05 PM.Comment

Well Jones still has a fan base there I guess and its good for the sport that they are moving the big fights around the country and not just sticking them to Atlantic City, Las Vegas, and NYC. It gives the opportunity for kids who are interested in boxing to attend their first big fight and get inspired to work out and so on and maybe that will solve the obesity problem in the USA.Comment
