Quoting this post for two reasons.....

1.) It's a fkn good post. Read it, and be thankful for the Super-6.

2.) Dave, what do you think of Ward ?

He's one of the most intelligent fighters in the sport, but the fact he leads with his head (which is an intentional part of his game plan), and the fact he doesn't have real knock-out power, means his fights usually aren't great to watch, except on an intellectual level, which is the main reason a lot of people dislike him. (I don't dislike him, but I do agree with those who do that he's not the most entertaining of fighters.) In all those respects he reminds me of B-Hop.

Ward is being favored by Showtime. The guy keeps getting his fights in Oakland. This is just plain and simple not very fair. If Ward win the touirny it's because all his fights were at home. Abraham would be undefeated aswell if all his fights were at home. So would Kessler and so would Dirrell. Ward can't win without all the help that comes with a hometown advantage. Ward is pretty over rated do to these facts.

Now that Haymon is involved the ****s probably fixed. Haymon is a bad man and the boxing world needs to pay more attention. Dirrell will run with his DQ win over Abraham and act like he's the best. He'll be on HBO with in 6 months claiming to be the best in the tourny because he's the only man to beat AA.

Let me guess, another fight in Oakland lol. How bout the kid run his record to 50-0 with the next 28 bouts immediately following a Raiders or Warriors game. We can stick a 20x20 ring on the 50 yard line and Al Davis can drink his crap season away by watching this home cooked and dirty fighter feast on tomato cans with every illegal tactic and punch in the book. This kid is starting to make JCC Jr. look like a road warrior and throwback fighter of glory days past. What a joke!

It's not Ward fault that Dirrell dropped out of the tourney. Nor is it his fault that he has to fight Bika.

And, I would LOVE for him fight somewhere else so you guys can stop whining. But do you guys REALLY think that a fight with Bika would take place ANYWHERE else?
