What really lead to Roach's 8 rounds comment was what Margarito said about Manny on steroids. I'm too lazy to find the quote, but he was pissed at Toney.

Tony equated his handwrap issue with the allegations of roid use by Pac. Big difference! He was caught red-handed while the roid claims never had any shred of proof.
