Because the guy is a grade A cúnt.

''@amirkingkhan that mcracken or what ever his name is needs pull his finger out never seen this guy but ad love to see him and just abuse him''.
That was a tweet by Haroon Khan about the team GB selector Rob McCracken, who in his professional opinion decided not to take Haroon because there were better and higher ranked amateur boxers who were chosen instead.

Haroon, is a ****y little upstart, who's behaved like a child since being snubbed for GB. Instead of getting his head down and trying to prove us wrong in the ring he's been screaming blue murder in the press, making comments on how he doesn't care about medals as long as he beats Brits and then this tweet attacking Rob McCraken.

Fact is the kid did better than the entire UK contingent. The Englishman, Ian Weaver, was beaten 11-6 by another Indian that got knocked out later. Khan beat another UK team member in the quarter finals.

Pakistan had no real facilities for Khan. No nutritionist. Not even a physio.

A bronze is great considering all the help the UK fighters would have got and that Haroon would have been used to.

      Yous TROLLIN!

Either way he was unlucky not to get picked. I think your also forgetting he is only 19 and that amir at 17 was a freakish talent, and whilst I agree that the standard at the commonwealth games is below par, it is not pathetic like your suggesting.
Dont you agree that he has access to coaches and equipment that these other guys can only dream of? He comes from a sports family and his big brother fights on the world stage. There was a reason he wasnt picked for the team. I think if he wasnt amir khans brother he would get no publicity and he will be a nobody in the pro's. He not only lost but he lost big, 9-3 is a huge score in Amateur it wasnt a close decision.

Am not sure who was hyping him up according to the Thread starter, Am sure most knowledgeable posters on here know Wazaa and his Khan's obsession is something to alugh at and not take too seriously.

So if you're taking Wazaa's obsession/jokes as people "Hyping" Khan up then you yourself need help.

Another thing is i dont get why Harron Khan doesnt just get on with his job for pakistan, And let the English lads get on with their jobs, He has prove his point and won a medal without any tax pay funding, While his english counterpart didnt.

No need to gloat and no need for the slide comments from selby or stubbs neither, Get on with it.

The kid's got a big mouth.

I haven't seen anything from him that makes he think he's dynamite either. But once you prove a point its great to mouth off.

In fact its almost a requirement of the job in this sport.

No I don't agree with anything your saying, he probably works with the same equipment. Better coaches yes, but most of these "3 world countries" you talk about (lol you including scotland and wales in that) now have international coaches and it is not anything like the advantage it was 15 or even 10 years ago. The world is a much smaller place now, and many coaches travel and learn the ways of the standard setting coaches in the US, and cuba, how do you think China have made such strides in the last 10 years? You have absolutely no idea what your talking about...Beijing was by far the best olympics china have had in boxing, so comparing them and India is ******, who are still very much in a development stage, and still performed well in beijing.

The selectors can get it wrong, they have a tough job especially if it is a competitive division, in this case I believe they did but it was close. They nearly didn't allow amir to compete in athens, and look what happened there? Haroon has a right to feel aggrieved even though I don't think he has channelled that in the right way

The point is that I bet you that Amir Khan made more money in one fight for his family than this Indian dude's family made in their entire life times. Indian dude had to work to get to where he is and Haroon was pampered and spoiled just like Amir Khan. Look how cawcky Haroon was, talking so much crap like he is a world class boxer, then he gets put in his place.

Give people the same resources that Haroon has from his family and they will do way better. Why couldnt he just fight and be humble? He's going to be twitter e-thug like his big brother talking crap when he's even less talented than his brother.

                      When?

He never even predicted he would beat this guy. All he has said is that he was glad he won a medal and came ahead of the UK Team in order to prove the selectors wrong.

                      He succeeded.
