According to Andre Dirrell's co-trainer and uncle, Leon Lawson Jr., the right hand landed by Arthur Abraham back in March could have left his fighter a cripple. Lawson believes people are underestimating the force of Abraham's punch. During their March fight, Abraham hit Dirrell while he was down on one knee. Following the punch, Dirrell crumbled down to the mat in an unconscious state. Abraham was disqualified.

What a COWARD, another disgrace to boxing, if you wanted out of the fight you shouldve just said you aint fighting your friend, you kept stalling and stalling then Showtime sent you guys letters of intent to sue and you guys next day say *OH FIGHT BE HAPPENIN KNAW MEAN?*

How convenient that you have an excuse so early before the fight, especially after the hospital cleared you in record time and so did the commision.

Hell you even did an interview after that saying you were fine. But naaaaaa it was the slap that landed like a granny's slap that did SO MUCH DMG that it DIDNT EVEN DAZE OR STUN YOU LIKE A REGULAR PUNCH because this was a SUPERMAN slap!

If it's as serious as they claim it to be, Andre better start re-taking his SAT's and filling out college applications, because his boxing career could be over.

The punch landed on the chin...Dirrell was released from the hospital I think the same night or day after...

There making this thing a circus...we didn't hear anything about Dirrell having problems after the Abraham bout until recently...

The 30 min episodes by Showtime didn't make any mention of Andre being dizzy weeks after the bout and I don't recall any articles...

I believe Dirrell isn't 100 percent and hope he's making the right choice but all of this makes me curious...
