          Dimitrenko has pulled out as well, in a statement to German newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt.

          He said he'll instead go ahead with his European title defense against Sosnowski, most likely on the big British card that's being planned for December 11.

          Boytsov, Mormeck and Dimitrenko will not be participating.

          That leaves Banks and Chambers. They need two replacements.
