Lacy is good and will only get better. However I do believe that at some point a technical boxer may give him trouble or his first defeat.Comment

Lacy might have some holes in his game but his tremendous power and concrete chin make up for most of his shortcomings. He is still young and I'm sure he will improve as time goes by.Comment

The thing that makes Lacy dangerous is that his holes aren't really exploitable to the extent that some are suggesting. People keep saying once he faces a skilled boxer he will be in trouble. I don't think he will. Nothing stops this kid from getting inside. Reid was on the outside jabbing at times, and actually was landing some nice jabs, but he couldn't keep Lacy off him. Most fighters need to slip inside the jab, but Lacy seems to walk right through them without even flinching. Not to mention his jabs were rocking Reid.
Like I said in a different post, he's a guy who's happy to take 3 of your best shots on the way in just to hit you with one of his. Those guys are always dangerous. And right now, there isn't a boxer at that weight who's slick enough to avoid Lacy for 12 rounds, because this kid just gets better as the fights go deeper.Comment
