Possible after effects from the Abraham fight? I knew he wasn't faking that because he didn't even know what happened five minutes later...

are you kiddin? those other shots, he either rolled or pulled back on them, his muscles were tense
when you're not expecting a punch, you're relaxed and from that angle, abraham went through his jaw and came up bringing dirrells head with him to a sort of neck breaker move, and the least you get from getting your head turned like that to your cervical clicking is some sparkling vision, minor headaches and a neck that feels like the bones are grinding on eachother everytime you turn your head
as for the source, i dont even know how i should go about searching for it right now, im pretty sure i posted it here in the forums a couple of weeks after dirrell abraham(lot of controversy and argueing on the subject back then)
I understand that Abraham's a powerful guy and that Dirrell wasn't tensed for the shot. I don't even have any problem with the DQ or accepting that the punch caused Dirrell discomfort in the exact way you describe (the colors and twinkles in the eyes, bad neck pain). I just don't believe his subsequent reaction to the situation was genuine.
If you threaded it at the time, just go back through your thread-history (on your profile). Unless you're a really prolific threadmaker, it should still be there in your history.
i wonder if you just after watching mcclellan-benn would you run to the forums to post about how much of a coward, ***** and disgrace to boxing mcclellan is for taking a knee and quitting
i bet you would be one of those pricks, and would be eating your words when he fell into a coma and eventually became the mcclellan that he is today
or maybe you still dont believe it, lol, knowing how ****** you can be, it would'nt be suprising
It was obvious McClellan was badly hurt. ****** comparison. Please refer me to this litany of "QUIT" and "COWARD" posts and threads in my history. I haven't even called Dirrell a coward.
McClellan's basically my boxing hero after Naseem Hamed. Think what you like, I could care less.
Enjoy Dirrell's next bout in a few months, pal.Comment

Umm, if Dirrell's people make it known that Dirrell is suffering neurological complications, which must have been apparent for some time if he returned to Hospital a couple of weeks after the bout (which was over 6 months ago), Showtime aren't suing anybody.
Who are these doctors and may we hear from them?
Again, what's your line when we see Dirrell in the ring in the near future? Got one prepared?
Expect this "conspiracy theory" to become a popular one in a few months time.
Somebody this ****** is almost always repping "UK" as their location.Comment

The tense comment is moot because whenever a drunk guy hits another car the drunk guy is never injured because the alcohol makes his body loose and not tense. Same thing with Direll, his body was loose and not expecting it, he might of been a little bit dazed but he was not hurt, his muscles were relaxed. How many times have you guys bumbed your head into stuff? Im tall and hit my head 50x harder lots of times and you just get dazed for a few sec. Your body is an amazing instrument and its scientificly proven that you take way less damage if you are loose as opposed to tense.Comment

direll pulling out of this fight has more to do with what ward would do to him , than what abraham already did. If i'm wrong and dude is really injured then i apologize cause no fight is worth seeing a guy permantly injured...but i'm calling bull**** on this one. I may be wrong cause we all know how honest promoters and this sport is as a whole......Comment

Dirrell has skills but not the heart to make it as a pro. He's a faker and the fact the he now pulls out so close to the Ward fight after having resisted it for so long confirms that he was a glorified amateur fighter all along.Comment
