They bring in a replacement who is whitewashed for 12 rounds.
They bring in a replacement who hasn't made 168 in who knows how long and won't be effective at that weight.

There are 3 fighters left from the original line-up.

Only 2 will be fighting eachother this year.

I've changed my opinion. The - tournament - is - done.

As it continues it's just a mess that keeps getting worse and worse.

It's Showtime I feel sorry for.

I'm pissed at Dirrell. I don't believe anything about an injury. And I ****in liked the guy.

I feel really bad for Showtime which spent millions putting this thing together and promoting it with their countdown shows, and in return the fighters/promoters (who never promote) spit in their faces.

So typical.

I hope HBO & Showtime pull the plug on boxing and force these primadonas to earn their paycheck on cable tv. I'm sick of all the charity.

I swear I love this sport as much as anything, but this **** is becoming unforgivable. Ain't nothing wrong with Andre and everyone knows this.

If I'm showtime I tell Andre he never fights on showtime again and either does anyone who fights under his promoter. These promoters and managers pull more **** on the networks than should even be tolerated. I can't believe this ****.

This really SUCKS!!!!! This tournament went from being GREAT to alright.. If ONLY they could get Lucian Bute to somehow cancel his fight against Brinkley & get him to replace Dirrell......As of right now the ONLY interesting fights left in the tournament are Froch vs Abraham & the winner of that against Ward...Froch & Abraham have a punchers chance against anybody & that includes Ward...I don't think many people care for the Green vs Johnson fight...

Wow. That is all I can say man. This was the fight I was looking forward to the most. Ward was about to make a man out of Dirrell. I wonder what the injury is though.

They should have done this tourney in a smaller time frame.

You were right. I don't know why I held out with any hope. They didn't want to fight eachother.

Two of them should just leave the sport, because they are no good to anybody unless they want to fight the best.

****in laughable, imagine the world cup tournament and Italy drops out cause they don't want to play Spain, or a tennis tournament where Federer drops out because he doesn't want to play Nadal.
