That is so ****ing disappointing, that was going to be an amazing fight. Absolutely gutted about that. Might as well stick Ward in with anyone else just so he stays active and winner of Froch Abraham fights Ward (and that better not fall through). No point in sticking in anymore new names unless it's a decent name.

I doubt this fight will ever happen now as well, completely sucks.

Being in the Super 6 tourney has done nothing but hurt Dirrell's career and status with fans. First he wasn't aggressive enough against Froch in a fight he easily could have won but let slip away. Then he pulls some BS postponment of his fight with AA and gets the venue changes to his home town. Then he pulls an acting job to get out of finishing the Abraham fight where was boxing beautifully, but he did it as the fight was getting a little more competitive. Then he postpones again and eventually pulls out of the Ward fight. What a clown, the kid woulda been better off staying out of the tournament, i'll never look at him the same.

I feel really bad for Showtime which spent millions putting this thing together and promoting it with their countdown shows, and in return the fighters/promoters (who never promote) spit in their faces.
