I dont know how a ref says stop and then the fighter knocks the other guy down. If anything that nullifies the headbutt cause Lacy should have got points taken off for hitting late. The ref also gave Lacy a few extra seconds at the end of the 4th round. Just read the thread I made I point out all the faults fairly well.

Lacy doesn't normally have to fight this way. He was in there with Ruiz.

This was another Hatton-Tszyu or Ruiz-Golota...sometimes fights end up this way

i agree this fight was horrible with all the dirty **** ...and the ref should not be allowed to work another fight he was one of the worst refs i have seen ...what the hell happened in the 5 th rnd. he yells stop lacy catches reid with a shot that puts him down and th ref calls it a knockdown ??? ...awful
