    I think it should have been a TKO but people are always going to disagree about this one.

            The first was a cheap shot (deserved though), the 2nd and 3rd Reid sort of went down to get out of the way of the barrage as much as anything but the last one was a peach of an uppercut.

              The ref did do a bad job but Lacy would have won no matter who was reffing.. that is for sure. It seemed like the ref was a deer in headlights and was in shock in being in a televised Title fight. Reid did headbutt/hold in close quarters and Lacy returned the favor by elbowing and pushing his shoulder up into Reid's face. The ref was timid and didn't speak forcfully enough to break the fighters on some occasions. Ref almost looked scared to get hit when comunicating to both fighters when they were fighting inside. Screw the ref not both the fighters. Reid was fouling more because he could not handle what Lacy was dishing out to him. It wasn't right either way but the man with the true skill won the fight tonight.
