Is Cotto SCARED of Paul Williams?

Because Paul Williams is not a welterweight. He runs in plastics for 3 or 4 months to come down to welter to take advantage of his size.
No welter is calling him and Cotto will not call anyone.
Most tell him the same that I do:

Stop running in plastics, MAN'UP & Go to your division to fight guys your size.
AND, please, don't beatch about catchweights, you are 6'3" for God sake!!

Cotto doesn't call anybody out, and it shouldn't serve as fear towards any fighter, from anybody, Cotto or whoever. For some reason I don't find the thought of this fight too appealing, maybe cuz I don't think it will ever happen...but if it does, I'll watch.

Based on Cotto's track record as a Pro, he's never demanded to fight anyone but who Top Rank put in front of him. Some people can say he's at fault for that, but he's fought the cream of the crop his entire career (especially the last 4 yrs). If he didn't mention Williams, more than likely it's because Merchant or anyone else never brought him up to begin with. Unless you can find a video, I've never seen anyone ask Cotto about Williams nor have I seen Cotto mention any other fighter he wasn't currently training to fight.

cotto has been in a position to fight whoever the hell he wants for quite awhile now. He has had many opportunities to fight PW. Most cotto fans will say that pw is a nobody, has 10 fans(burner counting as 9 + pw's mom), no money in a pw fight, etc....

All I have to say is who the *** is jennings and foreman and in his next fiasco, chavez jr.?
