I can personally see Floyd attacking Pac, trying to keep it an inside fight and chasing Pac around the ring (I might get shot down in flames for this).

Good post. pac can't fight on the inside for ****, and it's the perfect place to land body shots. pac is vulernable to bodyshots.

I've noticed Manny tries to counter straight rights with a big left hook type punch, I can see Floyd doing what he did to Judah (not that Zab is on Pacs level). I can see Floyd throwing a quick straight right, when Pac goes to counter with a Left hook/Cross, Floyd will duck under this, pounding Mannys body at the same time before turning Pac in the centre of the ring. (he did a similar thing to Zab, some clever sod posted a Vid on youtube of this.. very smart). Trouble with this tactic is Floyd will always be at risk of getting caught with a sneeky uppercut just like the one that sent Miguel to the floor the 1st or 2nd time possibly.

He never sent Cotto down with an uppercut. It was a right hook the first time and left hand the second time.

Floyd would use his right hand as a battering ram to cut the distance and get on the inside.

Tough fight for Floyd. I think people will be very shocked to see him fight Manny the same way he fought Shane. Except he'd have even more success on the inside.

I've been a member here for a long time and hardly ever post anything. I usually just come through to see everyones opinions here. Now I would like to state my own.

The Reason why I believe Floyd would beat PacMan if they ever fight is because Marquez has already shown a way to be effective against Pac. I think Floyd will easily mimmic that style perfectly and even better without making the mistakes Marquez has. The problem with Marquez is he would box beautifully but then get carries away and get caught up in a brawl with PAC and then get caught. Floyd it to smart to let PAC fight the fight that he would want. Floyd will play it real safe and easily cruise to a UD using the same style Marquez has without making the mistakes. PAC will not bring out a macho man type style out of Floyd at any point in the fight to catch him and that's pacs only chance but it will never come. I'm not a fan of either fighter but this is just how I think the fight will go. Mayweather UD and he will boast how he beat the living he'll out of PAC but really only winning a UD by playing it safe. Either way a win is a win and it would be a huge one for Floyd no matter how he wins.

Floyd and Marquez are two completely different fighters, and pac was a different fighter when he fought marquez.

Also you have to understand just how much heart marquez has, and how that's always been the question for floyd..

Before you face pacman, there's no way you can know how much of a beast he is- Marquez got knocked down 3 times in the first fight.. now can you imagine if that was mayweather getting knocked down 3 times? Could he even get past the first round? Could he compose himself in round 2 like marquez did? There's no way we can know until it happens.

Also, at this point, everybody already knows there's no point in trying to box mayweather- you have to make him fight, and pac knows just how to do that.

If they ever fight, I think Pac is going for the knockout from the first second, he's gonna train harder than he's ever trained for floyd, he's gonna be more focused than he's ever been for floyd(because it's his biggest fight against the best fighter who talks the most) and he's going to leave nothing on the line..

Was it a right hook? My bad mate, I thaught it was more of an uppercut type punch... I do wear glasses so bare with me!!

Also using his right as a battering ram is a good way to put it.. Also Floyd sometimes sticks his left out in a pawing motion, not a jab but just sticks it in the opponents face as a distance measure, I can see him doing this to Manny as Pac has shorter arms, then hell throw a straight right then a left hook. I could picture him doing this over and over. Man I cant wait to see this fight. Floyds one of my all time favs but tbh with this fight I wouldnt even care too much if he lost as long as we get to see this chess match played out!!

Manny's speed and movement will trouble a Floyd who is slowing down. Floyd will need to work the stick as he comes in and stand his ground. But I suspect what Floyd will try to do is just rough Manny up on the inside; just take him to close quarters and dig downstairs.

Pac throws bomb after bomb and his punches will register.
Pac will win a decision.
But if it will make Floyd take the fight, Floyd by 1st round knockout.
