Puerto ricans recognize talent and are not jealous. They dont have issues. And they praise all good athletes , in all sports , no matter where they are from.

But we are the most hated latinos in the world. Other Latinos dont even consider us Latinos. Since we are given citizenship at birth. They think of us as a joke. I like to think of it as a defense mechanism for their inferiority complex.

I was rooting for Cotto. But Cotto is not a peoples champ. He has said it himself. And people dont really love him like they use to love Tito , or like they now love Lopez , even Calderon , Gomez , Beniotez , Vasquez , etc etc etc. Mainly because he dont want the love.

But Pac is the ****. I cant wait to see him destroy anoither potato sack.

its mixed emotions im here in kissimmee florida and theres alot of people that love cotto used to live up in philly and ny where tehres a big puerto rican crowd and i always go back to visit theres alot that love him alot that dont even back in the islande when i go visit my fams its mixed emotions most that i talked to in pr say they dont like him but theres alot that do support him definitely doesnt get the love close to how tito got it
