I doubt we'll see much of a difference, sparring and training normally happens with bigger gloves to get the speed up. I don't think 10 ounce gloves will make much of a difference, his speed looks almost the same with big gloves on, that's in training though so you never know. I just don't expect it to be that big of a difference.
I don't think they'll come in heavier for 2 ounces. Mayweather came in at 150 because that's basically his fighting weight, he just didn't have to cut the 3 pounds to make 147. Pacquiao apparently has to eat 6 meals a day or something to get up to around 145, not even 150.
Plus, is it confirmed that the fight will take place with 10 ounce gloves? Sometimes the glove size can be negotiated and doesn't always have to follow commission rules. I don't think Margarito would disagree to 8 ounce gloves, he would probably feel more comfortable with them anyways since the majority of his career has been at 147 and he'd probably think it would amplify his punching power.
