I got to give it up to Del Boy for having balls that Haye only dreams of (literally). Shows that UK still got some people with heart and balls and he has a Punchers chance. People who dont fight the brothers dont realize that if they get a lucky win then the rematch will make them MILLIONS. Haye doesnt have anything to negotiate with, hes a paper belt bum with 1/20th of Wlads resume and 1/10th of Wlads Popularity/Drawing Power so he has NO say at the negotiating table and is a goof if he thinks he deserves an even 50/50 world wide split when he rejected a 50/50 purse split with Haye keeping UK tv money.
The UK fans are so hypocritical because they were saying that Maidana deserved only 30% being the #1 contender with a resume thats 5x better than Hayes but Haye deserves a 50/50 straight up split? What a JOKE, Haye deserved 40-45% at the max and I was shocked that he refused a 50/50 split, shows what kinda coward that Haye is. But I guess Haye deserves more because he is from the UK right?
So Amir Khan - Maidana deserves 70/30 but Wlad - Haye deserves 50/50 including all tv money? HMMMMM Talk about Double Standards UK FANS.
I bet you 100% if Wlad was black and from the UK and Haye was a german the UK people would go crazy of even a 45% offer and would be saying that Haye is a bum who fought NOBODY at HW and cant draw as much as Wlad and deserves 30%.

this is getting a bit silly, Dimitrenko, Povetkin, Valuev , hayes,and Tua all refusing the fight(I admit the Tua got a low ball offer,but he could have gave a counter offer and at leas got a nogationation going).Heck Valuev refused the biggest pay day ever offered to him.Hayes would have made a lot more money than he ever made with a 50-50 purse split and 30 percent of uk tv rights.So please spare me the unfair contract excuses.Comment

Yep and Tua has a 3 fight deal currently in NZ for 1m for 3 fights which equals 333k per fight. He got offered 400k as a lowball which is higher than his current $$$. So you cant say its a lowball when he didnt even give them a counter offer when someone offers you more than you are currently making.
Anyone who fights Wlad will be their highest payday and they just use money as an excuse, bums like Haye dont even deserve a 50/50 purse split but still got an offer AND rejected it? Shows he has no balls and is ALL talk. If he really hated wlad and knew he could beat him he would fight him for free or 70/30. But when you have 3 HW fights and 1/20th the resume and star power and you get offered 50/50 purse split with some TV money AND you refuse it then you must be a complete idiot or a scared coward.Comment

Only a white supremacist would bring race into this. No one but you and your fellow white supremacists give a fuck what colour his skin is, and as for him being over-hyped, he isn't hyped at all. Even in the UK, the only people who had heard of Chisora before Wlad offered him a fight were hardcore boxing fans. He hasn't received any hype whatsoever, except from Wlad.
And why do you want Wlad to be fighting novices with only 14 fights behind them? You could argue that he has to take it as a stay-busy fight because none of the top fighters are willing to fight him this year, but to actually be pleased that he's fighting a novice, as you appear to be, is really pathetic.Comment

You generalise rather a lot don't you? Most UK fans actually think Maidana deserved to get what he's entitled to get under the WBA's rules, which is 45%. Only a couple of Khan nuthuggers disagree with that, and they do not represent all UK fans.
As for Haye, what he deserves based on his resume is irrelevant, because boxing is a business. He managed to talk himself into a position where Wlad wanted the fight badly enough to offer him 50/50, and that's just business. What someone deserves morally speaking is completely irrelevant in business.
But Haye's turning down the 50/50 offer has made him a laughing stock among all real boxing fans, including among all real UK fans.
