Better resume': David Tua or Klitschkos(combined)?

both the Klitschkos have for the past several years utterly dominated their opponents in a fashion rarely if ever seen in the heavyweight division, and even if the names on their resumes aren't as impressive as the names on Tua's resume, the manner in which they beat them certainly is.

Tua has also been fighting in the so called worst HW era of all time and yet has still done absolutely nothing of note and never once been the #1 or even won a paper title.

Yet John Ruiz and Michael Moorer managed it. I personally feel that Tua had all the goods to hold an ABC strap at one point but for one reason or another never achieved it. His limitations were fairly evident though, and any decent fighter could exploit them.
