You're assuming the lights were on/light was coming in through the window. We have no idea what the scene looked like when she went down stairs "early that morning" as mentioned in the police report.

As I've said before: I don't think there's any possible way she could have killed him. She could not have physically lifted him up here: It's impossible. So she would have had to have help. But from who? You cant just walk onto a 5-star resort without being captured by a single camera or just wander into peoples rooms as you please. They didn't appear out of thin air.

I was a huge huge Gatti fan, but fans and his family are just looking for someone to blame. That investigator his family hired to say he didn't kill himself said that it could have been murder, but had nothing to offer on how he could have been murdered. He couldn't think up a situation either.

It's just sad. I'm glad at least one of his family members is mentioning his "problems" (like ******* addiction). Fans who have decided his wife killed him need to look up *******'s relation to depression and suicide.

again i ask, WHO is this family member? i don't care what you can find on Google.
by the way, were there any traces of ******* in his autopsy? i'm sure we would have seen that by now...one thing i do remember is there was some sort of sleep drug in his system....i remember reading somewhere, can't exactly pinpoint the forum, but someone wrote that her brother was amanda's boyfriend at one time, and she used some sort of sleep aide on him for a reason i can't remember right now. these people were brazilian.

Thing is, the rest of the Gatti family's feelings on his death can't be discounted just because one member has been convinced of Rodriguez' innocence in the whole affair.

oh i see...it's just the way paulf mentioned that a family member outright said he was using *******. Joe mentioned it in a way like " his problems". I am sure Joe has his own family and eventually his kids will grow up, if they're not already, and rationalize right from wrong and eventually start asking the right questions. my kids are young and when one of them asks me why this and why that about something that i know i dont want them to learn.....my guilt gives in and i fix the wrong...kids can do that..anyways, i am rambling and it's been quiet from the suicide fixated theroist.

It may seem like a really weird suggestion re. why he might be more inclined to see the good in her, but people are weird.

I don't know Joe, and not everybody is the straight-eight...he may be one of those not everybodies.

Of course, it says in the article that Joe and Arturo were estranged (but yet the ******* theorist who pops up in every thread like this to project, one may assume, his own issues insists that Joe had some special knowledge of Arturo's supposed ******* issues), and their sister states rather clearly that Joe was always jealous of Arturo. Clearly not a typical case of brotherly love at play here.

I was thinking the same thing. No way would I make friends with my brother's widow who happens to be su****ious and involved with the death in some way.

Joe Gatti seems like a scumbag trying to get some money or some ass from Gatti's ex-wife or he's a gullible idiot who is already getting some ass and falling in love with her, so he believes she can do no harm.
