what's taking so long? did you know that the brazilian authorities have not released the full autopsy report? there are important missing pieces to the initial autopsy that for whatever reason was not forwarded to the canadian coroners. are you aware of all the su****ious actions that amanada did prior to his death? Did you know that the canadian government has no jurisdiction in the initial or ongoing investigation in his death....becasue...that's just the way things are....however i am sure if he would have become an american citizen, matters would have taken a completly different course....like the david goldman case. listen buddy i've got so much to say on this, that it might bore some....if you truly are interested in knowing another perspective to why "I" believe that she had him murdered....just click on my user name and check out my post towards all the arturo amanda gatti articles and towards those that have your beliefs

I know this isnt CSI but even over here they would have done their work and come out with every details in 2 months tops, You claim the brazillian authorities havent release the full autopsy? Why dont you google search and watch the whole video yourself.

now that i've wasted so much time replying to the suicide believers, i will post my 2 cents on the article by Mr. Idec. i wish i could copy and paste quotes from the article but it doesn't allow me to so here goes....
joe gatti states he just wanted to see jr....he's not taking sides but he is. he asks "what do you want me to do"......Joe, why don't you try to communicate with key members of your family and find out why the family feels so strong as to why amanda had some sort of involvement with his death. Joe, did you go to brazil when you first heard about your brother's death? yeah yeah yeah... i know, you probably tried to set things up to go down but it was this or that and you just didn't see the need to go since Fabrizio went ...after all, i'm sure it's difficult to plan a last minute visa required trip to an international destination. I'm sure the family wants to see Jr too, but under the right circumstances...and when Jr gets old enough to read an understand, hopefully he'll be reading all these posts and all the media articles written, and make a self-determination as to what happened.

Joe mentions that she would have to have bananas to kill arturo then show up at Joe's house...Joe also mentions...on a similar notion, that although not being a "professional" he Psychoanalyzes her, and, in a moment notice, he draws a conclusion that there is no way she had anything to do with the death of his brother. WOW! this is deep! If a woman has the skill to get up in front of a bunch of hound dogs and swindle money from them in a moment's notice due to her honed deceptive dancing and “eye contact” skills on a day to day basis, what is one act, of role play of innocence in front of Joe? not sure if i said that correctly but i hope ya'll understand. If Amanda can try to hide that she was a stripper, yet there is documented proof that, that was indeed what she was doing when she met arturo, what else is she capable of? like i've mentioned in several previous posts, if she would have come clean from the gecko, and admitted she was a go-go dancer, she would have had more credibility to her story. so what, she was a dancer and arturo pulled her away from that. he changed her life around for the better...and yeah it was a roller coaster of a turnaround being in that relationship, but to harvest so much spite that would have her scheme up a master plan that would ultimately give her monetary gain..come on, what is so wrong with that perception?
That is my perception….(just love that word!)
Costa indicates that he has inside knowledge of Arturo’s “demons”…how can he if he has been following his career from a distance? Does he have info from back in the days when they were tight and things were different? How much time has gone by since costa had any direct involvement with Arturo? Same goes for Joe??
One very interesting point that anna gatti makes is that Joe never met Amanda until after Arturo’s death…now they’ve become buddies??? Joe, are you aware of the perception you place in everybody’s mind by your recent actions with Amanda? What are you trying to gain?

I followed this story closely, particularly as the events unfolded.

One of the main things which has always stuck with me the most is that initial reports from the Brazilian authorities stated that he was stabbed in the back of the head with a knife, which was found near his body, prior to being strangled. Weeks later, the story was changed such as that the head injuries were said to have resulted from his being pelted with rocks to the back of the head outside of a bar. It is difficult to imagine presumed stab wounds resulting from a presumably bloodied knife which was said to be found near the scene being mistaken for blunt trauma which resulted from being pelted with rocks outside of a bar while his back was turned. This was merely one among many of the exceedingly strange circumstances surrounding this case, but it is one example which has always been illustrative to me personally. There is so much strangeness behind this case. People who write all of the strangeness off on account of some feigned familiarity with the circumstances merely display their own ******ity and ignorance, and often times biases as well.

The candanian government does not have nearly the same angle...power..or whatever you want to call it ...that the United states has, to resolve "CSI" sort of things like Arturo's death.

I think anyone who watched the Bryant Gumble Sports special on Arturo Gatti would have to atleast have su****ions of Rodrigues. She claimed in the morning she got up to make the baby a bottle and saw Arturo laying there and just thought he was passed out and went back up stairs to bed.
They showed a photo of Arturo laying there in the entrance of the kitchen and there was A LOT of blood around him. There is no way in hell that she could've seen Arturo and not have seen all that blood there. NO WAY. And, the room was so small (and with the placement of the kitchen table) she would have had to litterally stepped over him to get in to and out of the kitchen area. That photo was undeniable to me that she is just not telling the truth.

I don't have time to find it, but if anybody can find that crime seen photo of Arturo laying in a pool of his own blood, please post it (or the Bryant Gumble episode). It also shows how she would have had to step over him to make the baby a bottle. It will definately make you question Amanda Rodrigues if you haven't already.

You're assuming the lights were on/light was coming in through the window. We have no idea what the scene looked like when she went down stairs "early that morning" as mentioned in the police report.

As I've said before: I don't think there's any possible way she could have killed him. She could not have physically lifted him up here: It's impossible. So she would have had to have help. But from who? You cant just walk onto a 5-star resort without being captured by a single camera or just wander into peoples rooms as you please. They didn't appear out of thin air.

I was a huge huge Gatti fan, but fans and his family are just looking for someone to blame. That investigator his family hired to say he didn't kill himself said that it could have been murder, but had nothing to offer on how he could have been murdered. He couldn't think up a situation either.

It's just sad. I'm glad at least one of his family members is mentioning his "problems" (like ******* addiction). Fans who have decided his wife killed him need to look up *******'s relation to depression and suicide.
