- Well, why didn't Team Mayweather come out with a statement earlier on that there are no negotiations and that Floyd is NOT interested in fighting Manny this year?

Manny may have agreed, but if that's the case, Arum was holding back that huge detail. The agreement everyone was told was that Pac agreed to 14 day cut-off. Funny how we find out about him supposedly agreeing to a full no cut-off OST well after the negotiations died
