So basically he ducked Pacquiao. He said during the Mosley post fight conference that if Pac agreed to OST, there would be a fight. So according to you, basically Floyd didn't even give Pac a chance to agree because he was 'taking time off' (ran away) before negotiations could even begin? That's OUTRIGHT ducking, clown.
