More proof Floyd ducked coming out. We know Manny agreed to full OST during 2nd negs.

No one is going to take the risk in using PED's when theres a chance they could be tested at any time any place up until the day of the fight.

As for Manny, did i think he was on PED's before the whole Mayweather thing? No. After he refused the test do i THINK he is? Possibly, but at the same time, i cant say he is as of right now because there is no proof, only su****sion. And if Manny comes out and takes the test and passes, i will have the world of respect for him for proving everyone wrong, he should prove everyone wrong!
That's pretty much the point I'm getting at with the blood testing. It is indeed random, but the belief of many is both Mayweather and Pacquiao will be blood testing right up until the day of the fight not realizing both will still be urine tested which is the other required procedure in Full Testing. Based on Tygart's testimony about why both Mayweather and Mosley's blood testing ended at 18 days, all he stated was "It was no longer necessary". It is random in the sense of WHEN exactly the tests will be conducted, but the cut off date doesn't necessarily mean each fighter KNOWS when the testing agents will show up, so essentially it's still a random test in the sense of the meaning "Random Testing". If both eventually sign to fight and we hear their blood testing ended say 20 days before the fight but urine tests still obviously continue, are we to assume that Pacquiao could indeed still be cheating? Or do we trust the OST model and ignore Pacquiao's original request of 14 days which at that point would be null and void anyway?

    Just playin Devil's Advocate...

The thing is Floyd and Mosley didnt know they wouldnt be tested again.

USADA couldve still knocked on their door. That fear was still there.

ah...the PED experts are back. olympic testing includes non-competition testing.

OST for Floyd was a ****in sham then, and it still is. submit yourself to random year-round testing or I call bull****.

But, what do they have to fear? They obviously know the agents are showing up one of those days, it's not as if it's the Publisher's Clearinghouse or something. Both guys were well aware tests were being conducted. IMO, they maybe should've kept quiet about when their blood testing ended, because now people are going to question the OST model if blood testing continues further for Pacquiao vs Mayweather than what played out for Mosley vs Mayweather.

                Again, playing Devil's Advocate...

People that may research or know a little bit about a topic doesn't make then an expert. Anyways, USADA selects which athletes that will test based on different criteria. The athletes themselves don't get to chose to be tested or not tested. I found that information on USADA's website.

He made it up. Every athlete is subject to it. Meaning they could test them year round.

However, every athlete they test isn't tested year round.

Tests that are done by an agency his opponent hired.
