More proof Floyd ducked coming out. We know Manny agreed to full OST during 2nd negs.

    Exactly....

Lets all celebrate like crazy when Pacquiao agrees to take the full test, but lets also defend him when he refuses to take the test

Come on, now. Every fighter deserves a second chance after ducking the first time.

Lets also say he does accept to take full OSDT (Which I doubt), I'm not gonna forget all the lame fuckin' excuses he made neither.
In fairness, if Manny comes out and says he will do it, i will let all the other garbage go. Because at the end of the day he will be stepping up the plate to prove to everyone hes clean, and all the accusations can stop, although he should have just done this in the first place.

The thing that really gets me is, the Pacqiauo fans that didn't agree with Mayweather asking for the tests orginally, and were saying 'Mayweather was ducking Manny because of this', and 'Floyd has no rght asking Manny to take extra tests, let the comission do there job!' are now all for the testing just because Manny has apparently agreed to them lol What they should do is stick to there guns and critisize Manny for 'giving in' to Mayweathers demands, but i dont believe they care less about the testing, had Manny agreed to it straight away there would be no issue at all and everything would be fine.

About Arum.. **** him.. I dont even like him and giving him a fight with Margocheato but the old prick is trying to make money..

and please dont talk about ****sucker when you have one in your mouth daily..
IF Pacquiao would have agreed to take full random drug testing and Roger, Sr. and Jeff (Who was very vocal and he's the quiet one) disputed that, Pacquiao and his team would have quickly came out and said something. Clearly that didn't happen.

Yeah, but go ahead with "The Mayweather Family" crap.

He did, he said in interviews that he agreed to full OST backed by the fact that Haymon was knowledgeable about his (manny) approval. With the revelation of Haymon knowledge of it and shaefers comments about the situation, which was an affirmative but unsure one , the story seems to check out very well. The whole thing puts the timeline during the second "no negotiation. Manny does not really care for what you think. Did he refute Floyd's lies about his nike contract? He aint the go out of his way type of guy. He will tell you if you ask him.

“They stopped taking blood 18 days before [Mayweather-Mosley], so that shows that they can do it and be fine,” Arum would tell Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, explaining why he believes 14 days should be sufficient to satisfy Mayweather’s demands. “We’re saying the same thing, that if there’s information that emerges in the final 14 days, we can go to the [state boxing] commission and ask for more tests. We can work it out. No one’s looking to pull any fast ones.”

                July 17:
Pacquiao didn't want to submit to blood tests too close to a fight, his camp said. Pacquiao budged on the issue during these talks, moving from a 24-day cutoff of blood testing to 14 days. But all along the Mayweather camp has been silent.

July 15 - should be noted that despite the fact that Mayweather has insisted on random blood testing up until the day of the fight, Pacquiao has only agreed to a 14-day cutoff for random blood testing.
