It is a bit su****ious though. If there's nothing to hide, why doesn't he just say what the ingredients are if it's the amounts that matter?

Some fighters do prefer to keep there diets a secret (although i would not have predicted that Manny Pacquiao would fall into that group). I remember seeing footage on the most recent episode of fightcamp 360 of Mikkel Kessler grocery shopping. He wasnt even willing to share the produce he was purchasing with the cameras. He claimed even if it can give him an estra 5 or 10 percent edge, that could be the difference.

BTW, if you're wondering about that yellow stuff, it can be bought from any food store. It's a powdered milk that is often given to infants.

You could checkout brand names like Nestle's Nido or Klim.

Stronger stuff used by body builders can be had at a nearest Walmart.

In the Philippines it is called "pulburon". It's a poor man's milk.

Yellowcake is used in the preparation of uranium fuel for nuclear reactors, for which it is smelted into purified UO2 for use in fuel rods for pressurized heavy-water reactors and other systems that use natural unenriched uranium.

Yellowcake (also called urania) is a kind of uranium concentrate powder obtained from leach solutions, in an intermediate step in the processing of uranium ores. Yellowcake concentrates are prepared by various extraction and refining methods, depending on the types of ores. Typically yellowcakes are obtained through the milling and chemical processing of uranium ore forming a coarse powder which has a pungent odour, is insoluble in water and contains about 80% uranium oxide, which melts at approximately 2878 °C. Although uranium is one of the densest metals on Earth, yellowcake is relatively light, with a density approximately that of elemental sulfur.

The ore is first crushed to a fine powder by passing raw uranium ore through crushers and grinders to produce "pulped" ore. This is further processed with concentrated acid, alkaline, or peroxide solutions to leach out the uranium. Yellowcake is what remains after drying and filtering.

Seriously, I use a lemon, ginger and green tea blend (chilled overnight) when I'm training, just a drop of honey in there and it keeps me going.
