certain shakes have diffrent combination of mix's in them. to me, you shouldn't be drinking anything other then natural liquids. also, only a ****** would say mix's couldn't add to ones stamina. IT CAN. certain mix's can even go as far as opening your lungs up to suck in GIANT amounts of air over the course of the fight.
