If Manny was to beat Margs, then you can be sure if Maravilla beats Williams, people will be calling for Pacquiao vs Martinez, but what is the point in this fight? Not only does it favour Martinez, but it's almost pointless, it wouldn't achieve much for Martinez if he won either. Manny is already pushing above his weight right now, and this may just be it after Margarito. I just don't see the justice in letting him go on fighting Williams, Martinez, JCC jr..

I felt like this after he fought Barrera, Marquez and Morales.

Over time people will realize what a tough stretch of comp that was. Everything after that is just icing on the cake.

He really doesn't need this 8th title. If he defends it against a legitimate junior welterweight in dominating fashion, it'd add another huge bonus to his achievements. Kind of how I felt after he defeated Cotto.

The scary thing, though, is he's still young enough to go on for a few more years. I think people overreacted with the foot thing.

It's all there to be seen what this man has achieved in his career, his legacy will be embedded in stone after Margarito is beaten in spectacular fashion. Manny has done it all, and I for one will applaud him after he beats Margarito. The mans legacy speaks for itself, and Margarito will be the icing on the cake. Manny can't possibly be discredited in his career, he's fought every fighter, and has went on some journey. I never fought he'd go as far as he has done in his carrer, he's come along way, accomplished just about everything he can. I have a feeling Margarito maybe his last fight so i'm going to try and enjoy it as much as I can. If Mayweather vs Pacquaio doesn't happen, then you can bet Manny will probably retire..
